VP Finance
Full Time | Cyprus
Introduction:

CMTrading, Africa’s largest local broker, is looking for a Consolidated Financial Controller to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare the financial cash flows and P&L Reports of companies (four international companies & two local ones).
- Monitor monthly and quarterly closure processes.
- Monitor bookkeeping and salaries.
- Contact with bookkeepers and controllers of all subsidiaries.
- Manage CYSEC regulation from a financial viewpoint.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting degree required
- Minimum two years post-degree work experience
- Excellent command of the English language is mandatory
- Experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience in bookkeeping and salary management
- A keen eye for detail and managing figures
- Be a team leader
- Experience with CYSEC Regulation is a must
- 3-years experience as VP Finance/CFO of small/medium company
PSP Manager
Full Time | Limassol, Cyprus
Introduction:

CMTrading, Africa’s largest local broker, is looking for experienced, hard-working, and motivated PSP Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with the existing Payment Service Providers and Banks of the company and maintain strong business relation for ensuring continuity of cooperation.
- Communicate and on-board new Payment Service Providers and Banks, based on the regional needs of the Company.
- Communicate daily with the Funding Department and respond to inquiries regarding payments execution via Payment Service Providers and Banks.
- Establish, record, and perform a due diligence process on existing and prospective Payment Service Providers and Banks.
- Create user manuals for each existing and new Payment Service Providers and Bank, and update these on a regular interval.
- Prepare on a weekly basis report for the status of existing and prospective Payment Service Providers and Banks and communicate the results to the Chief Financial Officer.
- In charge of reconciliation between PSP and client MT4.
- Continually research on new providers to ensure the latest providers are sourced to the correct location.
- Testing and set up the implementation of new providers and ensuring the information is relayed to all relevant personnel.
- Scoping out current coverage if new regions are being considered and ensuring the business understand if there are any limitation.
Working hours: 09:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holder of a BSc/MSc in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent is a must.
- Advanced Methods Reconciliation Software user.
- Partly qualified/qualified in Accounting, Banking, Commerce or Business and Computing will be considered as an advantage.
- 3+ years of Previous Working experience as a PSP Manager, PSP Officer or equivalent, within the forex, card payment or online industry, is a must.

IB Manager
Introduction:

As the IB Manager for South Africa, you will drive growth and business development across high-potential markets through strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Initiate and nurture relationships with our business partners, such as affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and third-party businesses.
- Define South African partnership strategy, from the channels and tools we use to our outreach and relationship management initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, identifying new markets to expand our partnership network.
- Collaborate with the marketing design and online communication teams to define branding and marketing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in the financial services and Forex industries.
- Extensive sales experience.

- Over five years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, and other closely related skills.

FX Dealer
Full Time | Cyprus
Introduction:
The primary role of the FX Dealer is working with MT systems such as MT4 ADMIN and MT4 Client terminals. These terminals or UI (user interfaces) control all the company’s platforms, allowing its traders to access and trade the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Allow access to all traders during trading hours.
- Maintain all feeds on our trading platforms.
- Maintain and build financial instruments in MT4.
- Work with our liquidity providers to maintain adequate feed provisions.
- Work within our inter-departmental ecosystem, providing essential market information to build campaigns and promotions for our traders.
- Analyse the financial markets to provide our employees and clients with up-to-date information.
- Risk analysis – to check and maintain our trade/risk server, ensuring that we stay within our risk parameters.
- Build reports to analyse trader risk and employ hedging strategies to prevent abusive activities.
- Use our liquidity providers’ systems to analyse our feeds and total exposure, maintaining them as close to NET as possible.
- Work one-on-one with our traders, providing direct access to open/close or modify trades at their request.
Requirements:
- FX Dealers must possess a good knowledge of math and formulas and use EXCEL at a high level to build and analyse reports.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift.
